2. Service Area

She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC is based in Minnesota and currently provides services only to accepted service addresses located in Minnesota.

Submitting a quote request for a Minnesota address does not guarantee that She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC will accept, schedule, or perform the requested service.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, pause, cancel, or refuse quote requests or services for any reason allowed by law, including scheduling availability, travel requirements, safety concerns, service scope, property condition, or business capacity.

3. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our website, submitting quote forms, requesting services, communicating with us, or making payment. This may include your name, contact information, service address, billing information, cleaning needs, property condition, access instructions, pet information, product restrictions, allergies, and other relevant service details.

She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays, missed communications, inaccurate quotes, service issues, access problems, or other problems caused by incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you.

4. Quote Requests Are Not Confirmed Bookings

Submitting a quote request through our website, email, phone, text, social media, or any other method does not create a confirmed booking.

A cleaning appointment is not confirmed until She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC accepts the service request and confirms the appointment or service arrangement.

We may contact you by email, phone, or text message after you submit a quote request or service inquiry.

5. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

Quotes and estimates are typically provided as ranges based on available information.

Pricing may depend on factors such as property size, condition, service type, clutter level, cleaning frequency, special requests, access conditions, travel, and whether the service is a recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, rental cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, commercial cleaning, or other service.

Quotes, estimates, website pricing, and service descriptions are not guarantees of final price unless clearly stated in writing. Final pricing may be adjusted if the property condition, size, clutter level, scope, service needs, or time required differs from the information originally provided.

Detailed service-related pricing terms may also be addressed in the Cleaning Service Agreement, invoice, quote, or written communication from She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC.

6. Payments and Invoices

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• ✨Venmo

Invoices may be sent through QuickBooks or another invoicing method used by She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC. Unpaid invoices may result in paused, canceled, or refused future services.

You agree to pay all amounts owed for accepted services, completed services, cancellation fees, no-access fees, and other authorized charges.

You agree to be responsible for reasonable collection costs, chargeback fees, court costs, and attorney fees incurred by She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC in connection with collecting unpaid amounts, to the extent allowed by law.

Recurring cleaning and subscription-style cleaning terms are addressed primarily in the Cleaning Service Agreement and any related invoice or written service arrangement.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Refunds, & Service Rules

Detailed service rules, including cancellations, rescheduling, no-access visits, lockouts, recurring service pauses, satisfaction guarantee, refunds, service limitations, unsafe conditions, pets, damage claims, photos, and customer responsibilities, may be addressed in separate documents, including:

By requesting or accepting services, you agree to follow the applicable service policies provided by She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC.

Note on conflicts: If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Cleaning Service Agreement for a service-related issue, the Cleaning Service Agreement will control for that service-related issue.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on our website is owned by She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC or used with permission. This may include:

• ✓Photos, graphics, and design elements
• ✓Page layouts and design presentation
• ✓Policies and downloadable materials
• ✓Marketing materials

You may view, download, or print website policies or forms for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, use for a competing business, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission from She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC.

9. Reviews, Testimonials, Feedback, & Submissions

If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, message, photo, feedback, or other content to She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, display, share, edit for length or clarity, and publish that content for business, marketing, social media, advertising, website, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise restricted by law or agreed in writing.

You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Photo use, marketing use, and privacy-related matters may also be addressed in the Cleaning Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Tools, Links, and Services

Our website, communications, payments, invoices, analytics, advertising, and marketing may involve third-party tools or services. These may include QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payments, Venmo, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, hosting providers, and communication providers.

She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC is not responsible for third-party websites, payment platforms, tools, errors, outages, fees, security practices, privacy policies, content, availability, or performance. Your use of third-party services may be governed by that third party’s own terms, policies, and practices.

11. Website Availability and Disclaimer

Our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, virus-free, or free of technical issues.

Your continued use of the website, submission of quote requests, or acceptance of services after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

18. Informal Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you and She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith. Either party may contact the other party to explain the issue and attempt to reach a fair resolution before pursuing further legal action. These Terms do not require arbitration.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to remain in effect to the fullest extent allowed by law.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cleaning Service Agreement, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, quotes, invoices, and written communications from She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC, form the entire agreement between you and She Shines Cleaning Solutions LLC regarding use of the website and requested services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Cleaning Service Agreement for a service-related issue, the Cleaning Service Agreement controls for that service-related issue.
